Sainsbury's Churnet Works

Sainsbury’s major regeneration of Churnet Works is under way and progressing well.

The first phase of the development will see a number of Churnet Works’ existing tenants re-housed on the site in new purpose-built premises, ensuring they can continue thriving in Leek with minimum disruption to their trade.

Community Benefits

The development will provide a huge range of benefits to the local community, including much needed housing and employment accommodation, additional shopping facilities to complement the town's existing offer and a significant area of attractive public open space.
